Villa Virginia is situated in a calm and panoramic spot, from which you can have a fantastic view of the Firriato gulf and the beginning of Zingaro natural reserve. It is 4 km far from the beach of San Vito lo Capo, 2 km from the Tonnara and 500 mt from the sea (cliff). The villa is composed of a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two double-rooms and a bedroom with twins beds.

The bed-rooms are provided with air conditioned . It is provided with satellitar aerial TV, stoves, microwave, and washing-machine. On the outside there is a wide veranda with tables, chairs and deck-chairs, there is also a terrace with a fine view on the gulf, outside kitchen, barbecue and shower with hot water. At 10 mt far from the house there is a dependance composed of a double-room (it’s possible to add another bed) provided with air conditioned, a bathroom with shower, a panoramic terrace. The house is provided with heating.
